Lobo Off-Road is proud to introduce the next level in suspension performance for the Ford Bronco! Our Stage X Bronco Front Suspension System has been race inspired by our multiple decades of offroad racing experience and incorporating the X-Travel technology. All bronco owners know that the steering rack and tie rods are two of the weakest links on the bronco. That is why we teamed up with our friends over at X-Travel, to incorporate their patented virtual pivot system into our kit. Essentially eliminating the heavy loads that have been leaving people stranded on the trails or in the middle of the open desert.

Revolutionary Suspension Technology

X-Travel technology revolutionizes Independent Front offroad Suspension geometry by allowing the wheels to steer on a virtual axis that remains constantly centered through the wheel and tire assembly, throughout its range of suspension travel. The result is a new level of vehicle control at regardless of the speed or terrain, while alleviating punishment on steering components, reducing driver fatigue, and increasing safety.

The Lobo Offroad bronco suspension kit is entirely made out of high quality 4130 chromoly, creating a robust front suspension kit, that provides not only, bind-free location control of the wheel and tire through its range of motion. We also were able to eliminate scrub radius, bump steer and virtually all terrain feedback through the steering system, but also provides confidence to push their vehicles further and faster while maintaining safer control of the vehicle, knowing that the kit is  American made with high grade 4130 chromoly components.

Choose Your Shock Package

The Lobo suspension kit system can be used with readily available OE-fit aftermarket front coilovers such as those from Fox and King, but will require a heavier rate coil spring and different lower shock eye than what comes on off-the-shelf coilovers from these manufacturers. For that reason we offer the system pre-bundled with either Fox 2.5 or 3.0 or King 2.5 coilovers already equipped with the correct coil spring and lower shock eye. You are currently browsing our Lobo suspension kit package that includes King OEM Performance Series 2.5 Coilovers. Additional information for this shock package will be added soon.

If you already own King 2.5 Front Coilovers for your Bronco, you may retrofit them for The Lobo suspension kit, with our King 2.5 Bronco Coilover Retrofit Kit for Lobo Stage X Front Suspension, then use our Stage X Bronco Front Suspension System that comes without a shock package.

Choose Your Tie Rod and CV Axle Extensions

The Lobo suspension kit widens the Bronco’s front track width by 4 inches per side, so we have provisions for extending the Bronco’s tie rods and CV axles to match. For the tie rods please choose between HOSS 2.0 and HOSS 3.0 (to match the version of your existing tie rods). If you need help determining which you have, please contact us. For the CV axles, we offer either a “DIY” extended center shaft or a complete set of OE CV axles with the extended center shafts already installed. An RCV “Ultimate CV” option is coming soon.

Suggested Add-Ons

While The Lobo suspension kit is sold by itself and only converts your Bronco’s front suspension, we recommend upgrading the rear suspension to match performance and track width. Lobo Off-Road offers matching Rear Shock Packages for each of the front suspension configurations, and will soon offer wheel spacers or full width axle assemblies to match.
