Below are some details of our Dealer Program including Pricing, Ordering, Shipping and Payments. Please read through the following information, in particular the section on Minimum Advertised Prices (MAP), as it spells out a policy that our Dealers must agree to and adhere to in order to maintain their wholesale pricing.
Price Levels
Retail Prices
Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP)
MSRP is our manufacturer-suggested retail price for the product. We recommend that shops use this price for items being installed at their shop and for build projects.
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
The stated MAP price is the lowest price you may advertise for the product, in any media including web, print, email, broadcast, flyers, in-store or event signage, etc. In order to provide a level playing field for ALL of our retailers, big and small, we enforce the same MAP price for every company that sells Lobo Off-Road products. Those violating this policy risk losing their Lobo Off-Road wholesale pricing. By applying to become a Lobo Off-Road dealer and purchasing products at wholesale prices, you agree to respect and adhere to this Minimum Advertised Price policy.
Wholesale Prices
Shop Pricing
Shop pricing is Lobo Off-Road’s first tier of wholesale pricing. Any legitimate, properly licensed business working in the automotive, 4X4 or off-road industry, may qualify for our Shop Pricing, regardless of ordering quantitities or volume. Shop pricing is the right choice for builders and occasional buyers, who are low volume and focused more on builds, repairs and installations than volume retail sales. Shop pricing is not eligible for drop-shipping.
Dealer Pricing
Dealer Pricing is intended for most dealers and retailers of Lobo Off-Road products, including higher-volume repair shops builders, high-traffic retailers and Ecommerce retailers. This price level provides a modest discount for legitimate shops and retailers with small volume levels to maintain. Dealer pricing is eligible for drop-shipping.
Distributor Pricing
Distributor Pricing is our deepest wholesale pricing level, reserved for our highest volume Lobo Off-Road resellers who primarily buy in quantity and sell from their own inventory rather than drop-shipping. Our deepest discount is their reward for investing in our products and brand. In general, distributors are encouraged to sell from their own inventory but occasional drop-shipping of low-volume items is OK.
Ordering
Online Ordering
For your convenience, you may order Lobo Off-Road products online, directly from our website, with your wholesale pricing. Simply go to our website and register as a regular customer account, at:
https://lobooffroad.com/my-account/Â Once you have done this, send an email to pitcrew@lobooffroad.com and ask that your customer account be converted to a wholesale account. Please include your company name and the email address you used to create the account. Once we have converted your account, you will then see your wholesale pricing while browsing and placing orders.
Purchase Orders
In lieu of online ordering, you may submit purchase orders by email to pitcrew@lobooffroad.com. Please make sure the purchase order includes the quantity, part number and YOUR price from the current price list.
Shipping
Online Ordering
At this time, shipping for Online Orders is calculated at retail shipping rates. We are working on ways to differentiate shipping for our wholesale customers, to pass along wholesale shipping rates. Until then, shipping will be charged at the retail live rates pulled by the shopping cart.
Purchase Orders
On purchase orders, shipping will be added to your purchase using our actual, wholesale shipping costs for your order. If you prefer, we can ship using your UPS shipping number instead, simply include it in the notes on your purchase order.
Terms & Payments
Unless otherwise arranged, payment is due at the time of sale, payable by credit card or PayPal. Lobo Off-Road does not offer credit terms at this time.
