Easily add strong, secure mounting for the Baja Designs XL-80 light to any tubular chassis, bumper, roll cage or other tubular structure. These weld-on tabs are designed to work with the XL-80’s mounting bracket as well as our heavy duty chromoly replacement bracket. The tabs are CNC laser cut and precision brake-formed from durable chromoly plate, suitable for welding to any mild steel or chromoly tubular structure. Desiged to mount tangentially to 1.75″ OD tube, but can be used with other tube sizes or plate steel weldments with suitable grinding and fitting.
