Protect your Bronco’s undercarriage from trail damage with these Rear LCA Frame Skids from Lobo Off-Road. The rear suspension lower control arms attach to the Bronco’s frame close to it’s center break-over point and hang down below the frame rails, making them an easy target for high rocks and ledges on the trail. These skids are designed to protect the factory pivot mounts from bending or deforming when taking these hits, and they have a ramp profile front face to help move the Bronco up and over rocks rather than hanging up on them. The components are CNC laser cut from 3/16″ plate steel or aluminum, brake-formed and fixture-welded for a perfect fit. Available in steel with black powder coat, and in aluminum either raw or with black powder coat.

PLEASE NOTE the aluminum skids are not as strong as our steel skids. They will provide protection to your frame components but may themselves bend if taking a hard enough hit under severe rock-crawling conditions. That said, they will provide ample protection for most use-cases, will not rust when scratched or gouged, and are about a third the weight of steel.
